This notice explains the information used to provide authenticated software access and license management.

Information we process
We process account identifiers supplied through our authentication provider, access and entitlement records, masked license identifiers, security and audit events, and limited technical information required to deliver and protect the service.
Device-bound licenses
For supported device activation, a device serial may be transmitted securely for verification. The licensing service converts it into an irreversible fingerprint and retains only a short suffix for support. The full serial is not stored in the licensing database.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, authorize software access, validate licenses, prevent abuse, provide support, maintain audit records, and improve reliability. We do not use license or account data to sell targeted advertising.
Service providers and retention
Authentication, delivery, and licensing use Cloudflare services. Records are retained only as long as needed for active access, security, support, legal obligations, and legitimate operational records.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal information by contacting contact@solvepao.com. Some licensing and audit records may need to be retained for security or legal reasons.
